Shipping Policy

At present we offer FREE  SHIPPING across India.

We dispatch orders the next working day. Normal delivery timelines take between 2-5 working days.

We normally only ship to India. If you are outside India and want to place an order, please contact us directly at namaste@indicroots.com and we will look at this possibility on a case-to-case basis.

For local, regional, and national shipping to India, we work with third-party delivery partners who cover 99%+ of the PIN codes in India. In the extremely rare case where your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you directly to assist you with your order.

Depending on your location, normal delivery timelines can take between 2-5 working days. In special circumstances, such as lockdowns, pandemic-related slowdowns, flooding, similar situations, or situation outside our control if our delivery partners announce delivery delays we will inform you accordingly at the earliest.
